Can't Find The Time for Yoga Exercise?

It's true, finding the time to fit yoga and meditation into your busy schedule is challenging, especially when you consider the best results from yoga will be achieved through consistent, long-term application of yoga principles.

That said, I had one of my busiest days in a long time yesterday. Normally I'm very protective of my yoga and meditation time, understanding full well the benefits I get from just 30-minutes each day.

With hectic day running my business, a child with the flu at home, it was clear the next 15-minutes I had in the car were going to be my only free time left today.

So, I tested my pranayama breathing exercises while driving. Now, I don't suggest you do this when the car is moving, in fact after a few deep breaths, I pulled the car over into a parking lot and finished by yoga breathing exercises in Park.

At first I felt self-conscious, would anyone see me sitting in this empty parking lot taking deep breaths - but after I looked inward and focused on the deep breathing exercises, the outside world vanished for that 15-minutes.

I arrived home refreshed, happy, and totally energized by the yoga breathing exercises.

Try it - even if you can only find time in the car, find out why yoga breathing exercises are so powerful - and yes, you can fit them in almost anywhere at anytime.
